How often should you service your vehicle and why?

This must be the least understood part of ownership today with service plans, motor plans and “guarantees”.

We strongly advise our customers to change oil every year or 10,000km -  not because we will miss you - but the generally dusty conditions in Gauteng and the low quality, high sulphur fuel available in South Africa make more frequent servicing a necesity. The service intervals dictated by most manufacturers are generally every 25,000km, with guarantees ending at 100,000km. With regular oil changes we have customers with well over 150,000km happily motoring away.

Preventative maintenance is always cheaper than a repair.  A Porsche is a lifelong investment, treat it with care.
